Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers.
- Define the technical roadmap for future-proofing our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including generative AI, quantum computing interfaces, and decentralized systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar modern frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with high availability and security standards.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
