Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and predictive modeling systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Own the technical vision for our 2026 product suite, translating business goals into technical roadmaps and engineering milestones.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time inference, ensuring minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced NLP) and integrate viable solutions into the core product stack.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and product-market fit.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture is required.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
