Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced deep learning models, focusing on generative AI and real-time object recognition for the 2026 product cycle.
- Architect Scalability: Build robust, scalable infrastructure that can handle millions of data points while maintaining low latency and high accuracy.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring our models are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and hardware engineers to integrate AI vision capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Prototype Deployment: Take concepts from research papers to production-ready prototypes, optimizing for edge devices and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Proven experience with transformer architectures and large language models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
