- Identify Emerging Trends: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive trends and opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Prototype & Test: Spearhead pilot programs for futuristic technologies, validating their viability before full-scale implementation.
- Future-Proof Operations: Develop frameworks to ensure our infrastructure and workforce are prepared for the rapid evolution of the digital economy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future-forward tech stacks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate that vision into a concrete execution plan.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives from concept to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
