Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI development, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and AI ethics.
- Conduct deep research into emerging trends such as generative AI, autonomous agents, and quantum computing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress reports to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, system architecture, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
