The Role:
You will act as the chief architect for our '2026 Roadmap,' ensuring our platforms are resilient, future-proof, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Architect scalable systems that integrate advanced AI models and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in implementing next-generation cloud solutions and edge computing protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies and ensure data security in decentralized networks.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Quantum computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
