Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable systems designed for high-volume performance in the coming years.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to drive innovation.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and their application to future business models.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
