Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary R&D initiatives in next-gen AI, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Design and validate experimental frameworks for 2026-era technological paradigms
- Secure federal grants and venture partnerships for future-focused research projects
- Author white papers and patents positioning QuantumLeap as thought leader in emerging tech
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Integrate ethical frameworks into all future technology development processes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals in AI/quantum fields
- Expertise in at least one: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or genetic engineering
- Proficiency with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti) and advanced ML frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding or commercializing IP
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and ethical governance
