Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI tracking
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in translating technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainability preferred
