Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating breakthrough technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging tech adoption and establish a framework for scalable implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate the long-term vision of the 2026 transformation to stakeholders and investors.</li><li>Oversee the development of proof-of-concept (POC) labs and pilot programs to validate future technologies before full-scale deployment.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry shifts, analyzing competitive landscapes to ensure OmniFuture Systems remains a step ahead.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or senior engineering leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, blockchain, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.</li><li>Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.</li><li>Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li></ul>
