Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and AI applications
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or innovation journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and venture capital
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
