Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate R&D funding
- Strong network with academic institutions and VC firms
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals
