Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligned with UN SDGs 2030 targets
- Present strategic vision to global investors at Davos and Web3 summits
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations in human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% performance in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented innovations or billion-dollar market impacts
