Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech leaders, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D priorities and allocate resources for high-impact projects
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
