Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Create innovation frameworks for sustainable and ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
