Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Build and manage a $50M future-tech incubator portfolio
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos Tech Pioneers)
- Drive ESG-aligned technology adoption across 15+ global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio of scaled tech initiatives (min. $10M ARR impact)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech trends (per Gartner Hype Cycle and IEEE Future Directions)
- Experience with patent portfolio strategy and IP monetization
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Public speaking record at top-tier tech conferences
