Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum technologies to commercial deployment
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
