Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation plans
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision support
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical factors impacting innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or technology foresight at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor communities
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future tech trends
