Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable microservices architectures optimized for high-performance AI workloads.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core infrastructure roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native frameworks.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Generative AI models.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
