Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create mitigation/adaptation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D initiatives in carbon-negative computing infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic, bio-integrated)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with quantum focus
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithms (Nature/Science preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI safety frameworks, and climate-tech
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
