Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and emerging domains
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums and partner with academic institutions
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption and market disruption
- Mentor junior strategists and build future-tech talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
