Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap incorporating AI/ML, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with strategic business impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation initiatives
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information into strategic insights
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
