Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and disruption vectors to identify strategic inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech deployment
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups and acquisition targets
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Horizon Scanning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation policies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
