Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product strategy and go-to-market plans
- Manage R&D incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry platforms
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to market
