Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current development cycles.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor technical leads on long-term architectural planning and innovation adoption.
- Present high-level strategy to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies relevant to 2026.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and roadmap planning.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
