Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to executive stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen infrastructure and human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication for translating technical concepts to business audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
