In our Austin hub, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale next-gen technologies in AI, quantum computing, and immersive experiences. You'll shape our innovation roadmap while mentoring the next generation of tech pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems integrating emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, spatial computing)
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026 product launches with 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Partner with venture capitalists to secure $50M+ in future-focused funding rounds
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D projects with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
