Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI and blockchain integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption cycles
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainability protocols
- Launch 3+ industry-disrupting prototypes annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech startups
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Strong venture capital network and fundraising acumen
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Thought leadership at major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, etc.)
