Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation neural architectures expected in 2026.
- Lead the development of safety protocols and alignment strategies for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate novel machine learning models into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system reliability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI research lab.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
