Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling innovations from lab to market ($10M+ impact)
- Experience with DARPA/NIH grant processes and federal tech pipelines
