Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least one future-tech domain (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and innovation management
