Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in future technology domains
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 disruptive tech products/solutions
- Expertise in at least two future technology domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future technologies
