Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech leaders to co-develop next-gen platforms
- Analyze emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage a portfolio of 15+ high-impact innovation projects with global commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with successful commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Experience securing federal grants and international innovation partnerships
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or German for global stakeholder engagement
