Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4.0 and neurotech
- Author strategic whitepapers on ethical AI frameworks and carbon-negative computing
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for 2026 technology incubation projects
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism and commercialization pathways
- Present to C-suite executives on emerging regulatory landscapes in digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized infrastructure
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on 2020s technological convergence
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for frontier technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
