Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial acumen with innovation budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
