- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping decentralized systems for 2026 use cases
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption patterns and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic investments in biotech and space technology
- Author whitepapers on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Secure partnerships with NASA, IBM Research, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tiered journals
- Experience scaling tech startups from concept to Series B
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
