Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum-optimized systems, neurotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
