Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Manage partnerships with research labs and startups for early-stage tech integration
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant technical field (MS, PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (preferred)
