Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs and commercialization of prototype technologies
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
