Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into scalable solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
