Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into actionable initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory developments
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Experience in building tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
