Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated thought leadership (publications, patents, keynotes)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
