Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic technology plans to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 7+ years experience in strategic tech planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
