Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation incubation programs focused on 2026-ready capabilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Translate complex futurist insights into executable business strategies and KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
