- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through strategic technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation methodologies
- Foster strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neurotech
