- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with business objectives
- Establish innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports on technology disruption and future workforce evolution
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ years future-horizon planning
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management from R&D to market exit
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation Management or Future Studies preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technology transformation initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
