- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech integration across all initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and patent landscape analysis
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI regulations and sustainable tech standards
