Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/ML system architecture or quantum computing implementation
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized infrastructure
