Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Identify, vet, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and future-state scenario analyses
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from R&D to market launch
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
