Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and pilot innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic technology briefings to the board and executive committee
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
- Represent Innovatech at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
